Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using storedash.example (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Directory information
StoreDash aggregates information about self-storage facilities from public sources, facility-submitted data, and renter feedback. We make reasonable efforts to keep the directory accurate, but we do not warrant that any specific listing is current, complete, or correct. Operating hours, pricing, unit availability, amenity claims, and contact information change frequently and should be verified directly with the facility before you make any commitment.
Quote requests
When you submit a quote request, we forward your contact details and storage requirements to one or more facilities that match your criteria. We are not a party to any rental agreement that results from a quote request. The facility is solely responsible for the contract, the unit, and the storage of your goods. We do not guarantee response times, pricing, or availability.
No professional advice
Articles and guides on StoreDash are for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, insurance, or professional storage advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions involving regulated goods, controlled substances, or legally significant materials.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and editorial content, is owned by StoreDash. Facility names, addresses, and operating details are reproduced for directory purposes; trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may link to and quote excerpts of editorial content with attribution. You may not scrape, republish, or commercially redistribute the directory without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to harass facilities or other users, to submit fraudulent quote requests, to attempt to circumvent security controls, or to interfere with the operation of the directory. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreDash and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
